NACC provides energy market data visualization, analysis tools, and hedge management services for the Alberta energy market. Our services include access to AESO market data and hedge request processing.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Share your account credentials with others
Redistribute or resell AESO data without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Market data provided is sourced from AESO and is subject to their terms of use.

6. Hedge Services Disclaimer

NACC provides hedge facilitation services only. All hedge transactions are subject to credit approval and market availability. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

NACC provides market data and analysis for informational purposes. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data or any losses incurred from energy market transactions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
