NACC Group offers products and services to meet every Clients’ needs.  Our standard service offerings are outlined below for the following areas - Industrial Gases, Utilities, Fuel Surhcarges, Lubricants, Propane & Fuels.


Product: Shared Savings

This is by far the most popular option for companies to engage our firm.  With this product companies start with a small set-up fee that is based on their annual expenditure in the various areas they would like us to service.  We calculate this fee by having an annual expenditure document completed.

Once we start working with you we ask that historic usage information be supplied.  From the date of receipt of this information, typically received in the form of invoice copies, it takes 6-weeks to complete our analysis and initial report.  It is also important that we have an opportunity to review any current agreements in place; therefore current agreements must also be supplied.

Included in our initial report is the appropriate recommendations and strategies.  You then pick the areas you would like to focus on and we move forward, implement the recommendations and share in the results generated.

At no point is this a make work project for you.  If your supplier sends price change notifications, forward us a copy and we will comment accordingly.


Product: Monthly Fee

This product is most common for companies that have enjoyed cost savings in various areas and then would like ongoing Utility risk management and reporting services.  Recently, this has also been common for clients who use significant amounts of fuels and who want an expert to review their price change notifications. 

From here on, the service is very much the same as the Shared Savings product.

Product: Hybrid Fee & Sharing

Some companies are concerned of the potential upside a shared savings agreement may have, yet they do not wish to pay our standard monthly fees.  The Hybrid is a new product where Clients commit to a fee in exchange for a reduction in the sharing metrics.

The other use of this product is if a customer would like ongoing Utility risk management and reporting and a performance based product for the other areas of expertise. 

Whatever the need, this product offers the same structure and results as the other two.
